At Sakshigchawla, every outfit is handcrafted with care and goes through a strict multi-level quality check to ensure premium standards. We want your shopping experience to feel safe, smooth, and worry-free.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns, except in the rare case where a product arrives damaged.
An outfit is eligible for alteration only once.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 8920938030 within 3 days of delivery with the following:
- Order Number.
- Description of issue with clear image/video of the damaged product
Once your request is reviewed:
- We will replace the product, or
- If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a store credit (valid for 1 month)
Please note:
- No monetary refund will be provided. A credit note valid for 1 months from the date of delivery will be issued.
- Any issues reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement;
- Item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with all tags intact.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the sakshigchawla workshop. However, we do arrange for a reverse pick up at an additional cost (depending on location), on request;
- Customers are requested to utilize the store credit within its validity period, as we will be unable to offer any extension beyond 1 months.
- Any orders purchased using a credit note will not be eligible for further exchanges.
Size Exchange (For Non-Customized Products)
We offer a one-time size exchange on all non-customized items to make your purchase worry-free.
You may choose Exchange for another size
Conditions:
- Product must be returned in perfect condition with tags intact
- Reverse pickup is available on request at an additional courier charge
- Exchanges are only allowed once per order
Customized & Made-to-Measure Orders
Products that are:
- Custom-sized
- Made-to-measure
- Customized on request
are not eligible for return or exchange.
These pieces are specially created for you and cannot be resold.
International Orders
We are unable to offer any refund or exchange for international orders. Customers are requested to go through the size guide carefully before ordering any product.
Sale Items
All items on sale are ineligible for any exchanges/returns. Customers are requested to go through the size guide carefully before ordering any product during seasonal promotions.
The delivery timeline for sale orders is approximately 7-10 days, depending on product availability. Please note that express delivery is not applicable for sale items.
