• Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
For customers opting for Cash on Delivery, a nominal fee of ₹100 will be added to the order total.

• Dispatch Time & delivery time

Once you place an order, your items will be Delivered in 7-14 working days. Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

We are not responsible for any delays post dispatch as it is outsourced to a third-party shipping provider.

 Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

• Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link using which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

• Change Of Delivery Address

Change of delivery address is not possible once order is dispatched. Any address changes will need to be made before receiving the dispatch notification.

• Parcel Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please take a video of the same & contact our team  at +91 8920938030 within 24 hours of receiving the product

We shall inspect the matter and send a fresh product if it qualifies for replacement if need be
